Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. This may take longer during special releases or major holidays. Please note, DENNIS DANIEL™ does not ship on weekends.
DENNIS DANIEL™ will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or back-ordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
DENNIS DANIEL™ is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.
We invite you to try on items within your own home. Should an item not fit properly, we will happily exchange them for the correct size of the same style.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com to request a return authorization.
DENNIS DANIEL™ allows returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. We recommend insured shipping as we are not liable if the package is lost by the parcel service.
If DENNIS DANIEL™ determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
