Can I return or exchange an item?
DENNIS DANIEL™ allows returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
If DENNIS DANIEL™ determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs in Germany are EUR 4.90.
Who pays the costs of the return?
The costs of the return are paid by the customer himself.
Do I have to ship my package insured?
The sending does not necessarily have to be insured, but it should be traceable in any case. Please make sure your shipping service provider gives you a tracking link. Should a return not arrive us, we assume no liability for the loss at the delivery.
What do I do if my product is damaged or faulty?
We want that all our customers receive high-quality products. If you have ever received a faulty article, we are sorry. Please send us an e-mail with a photo and description of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take care of your problem as soon as possible.
How do I exchange an article?

Please note your request to exchange of the article on the returns form. The returns form can be found on the back of the invoice. Already worn or washed items are not accepted for exchange or return.
What do I do if I received a wrong article?
We are sorry if we made a mistake during packaging your order and you have received an incorrect article by that. In this case please send an e-mail to email@example.com . Our customer service will take care of the return of the wrong item and the shipment of your desired item.
