Can I return or exchange an item?
DENNIS DANIEL™ allows returns and exchanges within 30 days from the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with the return. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing the return. The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer.
If DENNIS DANIEL™ determines that a product is not in original condition, no refund or exchange will be issued and the items will be returned to you.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs in Germany are 4,90 EUR.
Who bears the costs for the return?
The costs for the return shipment have to be paid by the customer.
Do I have to send my package insured?
The shipment does not necessarily have to be insured, but it should be traceable in any case. Please make sure that your shipping service provider provides you with a tracking link. If a return does not reach us, we will not be responsible for any loss in delivery.
What do I do if my product is damaged or defective?
We want all of our customers to receive high quality products. If you ever receive a defective item, we are sorry. Please email us at email@example.com with a photo and description of the defect. We will take care of your problem as soon as possible.
How can I exchange an item?
For items purchased online, exchanges or returns can only be made by mail. Please send the items to: DENNIS DANIEL Clothing GmbH, Zobeltitzstr. 89A, 13403 Berlin.
Please note your wish to exchange the item on the return form. You will find the return slip on the back of the invoice. Items that have already been worn or washed are excluded from exchange or return.
What do I do if I received the wrong item?
We are sorry if we made a mistake when packing your order and you received the wrong item as a result. In this case, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service will take care of returning the wrong item and shipping the requested item.
