Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, depending on availability and credit card verification. This may take longer for special releases or holidays. Please note that DENNIS DANIEL™ does not ship on weekends.
DENNIS DANIEL™ will notify you by email of the current status and tracking once your items have shipped. If a product is out of stock or out of stock, you will be contacted by our customer service.
DENNIS DANIEL™ is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during transit. All associated risks are assumed by the courier service.
We invite you to try on the items at your home. If an item does not fit properly, we will gladly exchange it for a model in the correct size.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization.
DENNIS DANIEL™ allows returns and exchanges within 30 days from the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and all original tags must be attached. The original invoice must be included with the return. Failure to do so may delay processing of the return. The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer. We recommend insured shipping as we are not responsible if the package is lost by the parcel service.
If DENNIS DANIEL™ determines that a product is not in original condition, no refund or exchange will be issued and the items will be returned to you.
